The Core Products and Platforms team within VCS works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the product development and management of a comprehensive array of solutions that meet the needs of these organizations. These solutions target such important segments as Fleet and Mobility, B2B Travel and Corporate Travel, AP/AR payments, and Small Business (SMB).The Sr. Manager, Global SMB Benefits, plays a central role in developing Visa’s small business benefits proposition. Each benefit represents an important component to Visa’s global SMB strategy, culminating in a winning proposition that makes Visa the best way to pay and be paid.The Sr. Manager role is responsible for sourcing high quality benefit partners that elevate the Global SMB value proposition including, marketing, enrollment programs & budget. In addition to global benefits, providing key insights into regional specific benefits and designing solutions that wrap regional and global benefit enrollment/management solutions is critical. This role will partner with the broader Visa benefits organization, regional stakeholders including product & sales leads, benefit vendors/providers, finance, accounting and more to run our global benefits organization as a business unit within the Visa Commercial Solutions Small Business product teamThe ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with the ability to influence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/she must have proven experience in building and commercializing innovative products that deliver substantial value propositions to the market. This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision.Responsibilities:Product Development and Management:Source & manage key strategic benefit providers that lead to winning value propositions globallyPartner with the regions to identify, package and commercialize the most attractive benefit packagesPartner with VCS global and regional colleagues to define and prioritize needed benefit enrollment/management features and capabilitiesEnsure each benefit provider is aligned to the overall Visa 2030 product strategy and is well-articulated to customers, partners, and internally within VisaEstablish and standardize processes to ensure a simplified sales, implementation and onboarding model to support scale, in collaboration with each regional product/sales lead.Develop training materials and technical guides for each benefit/regionSupport development of sales and GTM documentationEducate and empower regional teams to drive client adoption and market penetrationServe as subject matter expert for the portfolio of Visa Global SMB Benefits, both internally and externally with Visa clientsDevelop KPIs and monitor performance for each benefit and regional benefit portfoliosDemonstrate thought leadership and enable flawless executionVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDDeep product management experience within commercial/B2B payments & Small Business software (including agentic capabilities and advanced small business software providers)Prior experience with cardholder incentives or card product is a plusExperience developing thoughtful narratives to drive the value proposition of each benefit thru to adoptionAbility to own and manage a dynamic budget across multiple stakeholders in multiple regionsProven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on a deep understanding of customer needsDemonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business resultsExperience managing and developing strong partnerships across cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations to influence and create roadmapsExcellent ability to develop and communicate strategy, and secure internal investment for productsNatural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presenceSelf-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholdersU.S. Applicants OnlyThe estimated salary range for this position is $146,200.00 to $ 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
