Physical Therapist - Temporary

Job Overview We are seeking a temporary physical therapist to support acute care patient needs at M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury! In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. Temporary Position, 6-month assignment. FTE: 0.775 (62 hours per pay period).Schedule: Three days per week and every fourth weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 8-hours shifts.
