About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to define how performance is measured, managed, and rewarded across the National Branch Network. This role is responsible for designing performance metrics, customer attribution frameworks, and peer benchmarking models that align business strategy to field execution and incentive compensation.This role will act as a central integrator across strategy, data, product, finance, incentive compensation teams, and various partners to ensure performance measurement is consistent, transparent, and drives desired business outcomes.In this role, you will: Design and develop branch and banker performance metrics aligned to growth priorities, including deposits, checking, and customer deepeningDefine metric logic, eligibility rules, and performance thresholds for integration into incentive compensationEnsure alignment between leading indicators, business outcomes, and pay for performance structuresPartner with data, product, and compensation teams to implement metrics within reporting platforms and incentive plansStandardize and simplify dashboards to improve transparency, consistency, and field usabilityDefine Branch Customer List frameworks, including customer inclusion criteria and portfolio attributionEstablish rules for customer ownership aligned to branch P&L and partner cross functionally to operationalize enhancementsDesign branch and district peer groups incorporating market opportunity, complexity, and customer mix to enable fair performance comparisonsEmbed peer group frameworks into reporting, incentives, and field routinesTranslate business priorities into clear requirements for data, technology, and cross functional partners and drive end to end executionEstablish governance processes and continuously monitor performance outcomes to refine metrics, attribution, and benchmarking frameworksRequired Qualifications7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of experience in business analysis supporting sales organizations, with a focus on performance measurement, data modeling, and building dashboards that deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance and business outcomesDesired Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in financial services, with focus on consumer banking or lendingExperience designing and implementing field performance frameworks or incentive compensation that drive business outcomesDeep knowledge of retail banking and branch performance, including drivers of growth and field behaviorExperience with customer segmentation and  portfolio strategyExperience building and optimizing reporting dashboards to support performance management, decision making, and strategyProven ability to influence and align senior executive stakeholders in complex, matrixed environmentsExperience translating enterprise strategy into scalable operating models, frameworks, and execution plansExperience leading cross functional initiatives or enterprise transformation efforts across multiple stakeholder groupsStrong executive communication skills with the ability to drive adoption and sustained behavioral changeExcellent outreach, deepening, and performance attribution.Establish rules for customer ownership and alignment to branch P&Ls.Partner cross-functionally to operationalize and evolve the Branch Customer List construct.Build Peer Group FrameworksDesign branch and district peer groups to enable fair and meaningful performance comparisons.Incorporate factors such as market opportunity, complexity, and customer mix into performance benchmarking.Embed peer groups into reporting, incentives, and field routines.Lead Cross-Functional ExecutionPartner closely with Product, Data/Business Intelligence, Finance, HR, and Strategy teams.Translate business priorities into clear requirements for data and technology partners.Act as a central integrator across teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of
