The role supports daily logistics and transportation operations by ensuring all records, manifests, customs documentation, and tracking information are processed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.Additional Information:Job Type: Part Time Permanent/Hourly- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.Starting Pay: $17.60Job Location: 12424 DIXIE ROAD CALEDON, ON L7C 2L7Workdays: Monday – Fridays (6 pm to 11 pm)Availability to work flexible shift hours​Responsibilities:Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.Verifying shipment informationResponding to internal inquiriesSupporting package processing operationsChecks and forwards legal documentation.Provides administrative support to Management teamQualifications:Good English reading, speaking, and writing skills.Attention to detailsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication skillsAccurate typing speed of 40+ words per minuteAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAvailability to work flexible shift hoursBe able to lift up to 70lbs if neededEmployee Type: PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
