You will collaborate across departments—Project Management, Field Technicians (MCS), Operations, and Manufacturing—to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, construction/manufacturing environment.How You Will Do ItCoordinate and support multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closeoutFacilitate cross-departmental initiatives and meetings; develop agendas and track deliverablesManage commissioning scripts and issues within client platformsCreate, manage, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Order, receive, and track parts and materials for field operationsOrganize and coordinate “Ship Loose” shipments and project documentationCompile and analyze data from various sources; prepare summaries and recommendationsInterpret and distribute project schedules to stakeholdersProvide regular progress reports on commissioning status and milestonesOrganize project files and maintain server documentationCommunicate with clients, general contractors, vendors, trades, and internal teamsSupport field operations by traveling to project sites as neededApply analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to manage shifting prioritiesEnsure alignment with field activities, commissioning timelines, and operational goalsWhat We Look ForRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or commissioning supportStrong understanding of commissioning processes and construction documentationExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsValid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one)Willingness to travel domestically and internationallyPreferred QualificationsUniversity or College degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in mission critical environments (e.g., data centers, healthcare, industrial)Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or controls systemsExperience with issue tracking systems, inventory management tools, and SmartsheetQA/QC experienceProject Management certification (e.g., PMP Associate)Construction site or facilities experience#LI-RemoteHIRING SALARY RANGE: $46,000 - $96,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
