Leonard Wood AFB:Courses are in-person and on-campus and are offered once a week in the eveningCourse: Leadership and OrganizationsThis course examines modern leadership and organizational dynamics, focusing on how contemporary issues reshape traditional paradigms. Key concepts include servant leadership, ethical decision-making, and global leadership. Through case studies and exercises, students develop strategies for organizational effectiveness. The course emphasizes critical skills for modern leaders, including emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking, in dynamic business environments.What You Will Do:Facilitate classroom lecture and discussionsEngage students in learning course objectives and topicsAssess student performance and mentor success in the classroomProvide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon UniversityWhat You Will Bring:Preferred: PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years corporate experience. If non-business doctorate Masters in Business Administration (MBA) required.Minimum: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 5 years managerial experience.
