The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching and mentoring, including, teaching courses, mentoring and advising undergraduate students, and supporting curriculum and programmatic needs such as maintaining Institute of Food Technologists(IFT) approval of the undergraduate program.
