Applicants are required to submit a request for each position of which they have applied.For general application assistance or if you have questions about a job posting, please contact Human Resources at 479.575.5351.Department:Financial AffairsDepartment's Website:https://coehp.uark.edu/Summary of Job Duties:The Process & Workflow Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized Dashboard with multiple workspace environments and providing user support across college administrative units (including but not limited to finance, HR, IT, and grants management). They will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing customized workspace environments with versatile workflows and task automations that streamline business processes throughout the college. They are responsible for adding, removing, and managing data (including MOU’s and contracts), establishing process approval chains, creating reports and forms, maintaining security controls and user access, developing tutorials, reference guides, and other relevant materials to train new and current users, communicating updates and new developments as they are rolled out, resolving incidents and providing user support, and working with Smartsheet developers to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and improve the quality of service the administrative units provide to the college and university. This role will provide support to departmental/unit level users, understand their experience, and help problem solve and troubleshoot as needed.Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution of higher educationDemonstrated experience with accounting and financial management at the University of Arkansas or another institution of higher education Demonstrated experience with computer programming or designing and implementing computerized workflowsAt least two years of experience working in a higher education environmentAt least two years of customer service experiencePreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or other IT-related field from an accredited institution of higher educationDirect experience and use of SmartsheetAt least three years of experience working in a higher education environmentAt least three years of customer service experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's)Knowledge of accounting principlesExceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a high degree of energy, initiative, and organizational abilityAbility to work in and support a team-oriented approach to provide services, troubleshoot issues and strategic planningDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, provide exceptional customer service, establish and maintain productive professional relationships, and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.Additional Information:Salary Information:Commensurate with education and experience.Required Documents to Apply:Cover L
