Appli­cants are required to submit a request for each position of which they have applied.For general application assistance or if you have questions about a job posting, please contact Human Resources at 479.575.5351.Department:Department of Physics Research Assistants 01Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Grant Management Specialist will support proposal development and post award management for the Quantum Devices Lab and the MonArk Quantum Foundry.The position supports both pre‑award and post‑award grant activities, including developing proposal narratives and budgets, preparing and submitting grant materials, maintaining a grants calendar, and ensuring compliance with federal and university guidelines. Post‑award responsibilities include budget monitoring, reporting, subaward oversight, procurement coordination, and serving as a resource on grant policies. The role also supports hiring for grant‑funded positions, organizes project‑related meetings and site visits, and assists with award closeout.This is a one‑year appointment, renewable based on need, funding, and satisfactory performance.
