This role requires strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on leveraging data to generate insights, inform decision-making, and enhance the compensation strategy.Analyze compensation data to identify trends and market competitiveness; develop clear summaries, charts, and insights for HR and business leadershipProvide compensation design and analysis by working with large datasets to formulate recommendations for compensation program improvementsAnalyze compensation trends and provide actionable insights to Total Reward leadership and business partnersConduct in-depth compensation analyses, including market pricing, internal equity reviews, pay equity analysis, pay gap analysis and workforce cost modelingDevelop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support compensation planning and strategic decision-makingValidate external salary surveys results, analyzing outputs to obtain market‑competitive compensation benchmarking information.Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities while developing and maintaining documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, and repeatable compensation processesAssist Compensation Analyst in administering company’s compensation programs, including annual salary increases, and quarterly and annual bonus incentivesProvide compensation analysis on ad-hoc requests and special projects to support Total Rewards initiativesPartner with HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data across systemsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Statistics or a related fieldExperience:3 to 7 years’ experience in compensation, finance, or analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, Power Query); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferredExperience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful insightsSkills:Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detailAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, concise recommendationsBusiness acumen and ability to connect compensation insights to organizational strategyEffective communication skills, including the ability to explain data and compensation concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a protected veteran or other characteristics protected by law.For more information on Equal Employment Opportunity, please follow these links:EEO is the LawEEO is the Law SupplementPay Transparency Provision
