The Specialty Products team within Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) organization defines and delivers differentiated, industry-specific payment and liquidity solutions across key verticals, including Real Estate, Construction, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, and others.This team leads end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management—translating complex industry needs into scalable, market-leading capabilities that drive client value and business growth.Within this portfolio, the Real Estate & Construction segment focuses on delivering solutions tailored to developers, property managers, owners, general contractors, and related stakeholders. This role supports product outcomes and strategy while helping drive toward a clear end-state vision by partnering across the organization to deliver meaningful client and business impact.In This RoleSupport product strategy and execution for Real Estate & Construction-focused payment and liquidity solutionsAnalyze market dynamics, client needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations impacting the industryContribute to the development and enhancement of products and product lines aligned to segment-specific needsSupport product lifecycle management activities including ideation, development, delivery, and optimizationEvaluate marketing strategies and identify opportunities for product positioning, enhancements, and growthPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Implementations, Operations, Service, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and external vendorsHelp define and track key business and customer metrics, ensuring alignment to product outcomesPresent recommendations and insights to address moderately complex product, market, or client challengesDevelop, implement, and maintain product features, services, and supporting programsEnsure all product activities adhere to compliance, privacy, and risk management standardsRequired Qualifications2+ years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military, or educationDesired QualificationsTreasury Management experience, including payments, collections, or digital product deliveryExposure to Real Estate and/or Construction industries (e.g., property management, development, project-based workflows, escrow, or rent/payment flows)Experience working in Agile and/or platform-based operating modelsDemonstrated ability to analyze client feedback, data, and market insights to inform decisionsStrong strategic thinking and analytical capabilitiesEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with the ability to operate in evolving environmentsWhy This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to support products that address the unique operational and financial needs of Real Estate and Construction clients. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
