Learn more about the career areas and lines of business atWorking at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo (wellsfargojobs.com)In this role, you will:Administer a book of moderately complex fiduciary relationships within a team-based environment, including analyzing trust and estate documents, implementing client estate plans, and ensuring client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable lawsEngage clients, advisors, and internal partners to deliver a high-touch client experience within a strong risk management frameworkIndependently resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging solid knowledge of internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, distributions, account maintenance, account opening and closing, Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, annual account reviews, and management of overdraftsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and control developmentServe as a subject-matter expert on fiduciary administration for moderately complex accounts, and Provide guidance on interpreting governing instruments, applying fiduciary principles, and ensuring compliance with prudent investing standardsServe as a peer mentor to actively train and mentor lower-level staffParticipate in marketing and development initiatives, in conjunction with team leadersRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Fiduciary Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and educationDesired Qualifications:Strong knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administrationA BS/BA degree or higher (such as JD/LLM) in law or trust and wealth managementCertified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA)Ability to read and interpret legal documentsAbility to review trust agreement documents and ensure bank complianceStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationAbility to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problemsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong risk management and compliance skillsJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipMay be considered for a sign-on bonus as well as a discretionary bonusPosting End Date: 28 Jun 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
