About us:   In the Chief Administrative Office Change Delivery organization, we lead transformative initiatives that address some of the most complex challenges across Wells Fargo’s enterprise. Operating within the Strategic Programs and Enterprise Change Management group, our team is a catalyst for change—driving momentum, clarity, and results across a diverse set of stakeholders. We specialize in enterprise-wide efforts such as process optimization, regulatory remediation, and operational efficiency, often serving as the stabilizing force in high-impact programs.About this role:We’re seeking a success-driven Project Manager to lead change delivery efforts supporting Supply Chain Management Transformation.  The Project Manager in this role will be expected to translate requirements into effective solutions and lead initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across a highly visible procurement transformation portfolio supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycleIn this role, you will:Manage all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that require management of stakeholders matrixed across multiple organizations to deliver requirements that are cross functional with broad impact, scope and complexityLead with the ability to move quickly from analysis to execution, making timely, informed decisions and taking initiative to drive progress—especially in situations of uncertainty or ambiguity.Leads the team to adapt proactively and positively to evolving requirements, priorities, risks, and stakeholder needs, while maintaining delivery focus and team alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Manages risk proactively to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate potential threats and opportunities that could impact project objectives, while enabling informed decision‑making and maintaining delivery confidence.Reviews, analyzes and initiates multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factorsInitiates collaboration and consultation with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve goalsDeliver clear and concise communications that translate progress and findings into clear, actionable narratives, verbally and in writing.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Proven success in leading projects requiring people, process and technology change supporting enterprise initiatives.Enterprise change management or large-scale transformation initiatives in a matrixed organization.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience applying them in a change delivery context.Risk and control environments (audit, compliance, regulatory)Proficiency with project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, PowerPoint for exec reporting)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive toward solutions.Ability to engage positively with other individuals and teams quickly to deliver project objectivesManages own time well, prioritizing work to meet deadlines, adapting easily to changes in deadlinesDemonstrates a genuine interest in understanding how things work and desire to make improvementsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and experience applying them in a change delivery context.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Expectations:Ability to travel 25% of the timeThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleAdherence to in-office attendance expectationsThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipLocations - Only location posted will be considered401 S.
