Position:HR Specialist – Employee CapabilityJob Description:Job Description for the position shall entail the following:Program Delivery: Support the delivery of global learning programs across virtual and in-person formats, ensuring engaging and well-structured learning experiences.Training Needs Analysis: Support data collection and feedback processes through surveys, stakeholder inputs, and learner feedback to identify capability development needs.Program Coordination: Manage program logistics including scheduling sessions, participant registrations, communications, venue arrangements, and preparation of training materials.Learning Governance & Reporting: Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to track program progress and learning metrics.Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external learning vendors and maintain documentation related to consultants, content providers, and training partners.Process Compliance: Ensure learning programs and processes align with global policies, standards, and internal guidelines.Experience / Education: Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.Location:IN-GJ-Ahmedabad, India-Ognaj (eInfochips)Time Type:Full timeJob Category:Human Resources and Sustainability
