HR Associate

Position:HR AssociateJob Description:ABOUT THE ROLE:HR Associate is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team. The EMEA HR Solutions Center Team is a versatile first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration. Provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions such as: HR Process & Project Management, HR Policy & Compliance, HR Technology and HR Reporting. This role provides first level support to employees across the region, on a variety of HR related topics, from policy and procedure, to technology support.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Respond to HR-related inquiries across channels (email, phone, case system)Provide guidance on HR policies (EPR, goals, merit/talent reviews), escalating as neededPromote self-service tools like Workday and support user accountabilityProcess and audit employee transactions in WorkdaySupport key HR initiatives, training logistics, and communicationsDrive process improvements in HR services and inquiriesHandle general admin tasks (e.g., report prep) and update clients on delivery expectationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:Fluent in English and Italian (nice to have)HR experience (SSC background a plus) or recent graduate ready to start in HRTransition/process improvement experience is a plusProactive, ownership-driven, and automation-mindedStrong customer service orientation WHAT WE OFFER:Permanent job contractPrivate healthcare & MyBenefit systemFriendly work atmosphereModern, well-located officeFriendly, casual work cultureDo you see yourself as our future colleague?
