And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionWe are looking for an AI engineer/scientist to help build the next generation of industrial agentic AI systems that transform how engineers design, operate, debug, and optimize automation systems.You will sit at the intersection of large language models, autonomous agents, industrial control systems, and real-world operational intelligence. You will work on advanced AI systems capable of reasoning over software workflows, using engineering tools, learning from operational outcomes, and assisting users across the lifecycle of industrial automation applications.This is not a conventional enterprise AI role. You will help shape foundational AI capabilities for the future of industrial operations — where AI systems move from passive assistants to collaborators operating in complex real-world situation. You will work on frontier problems involving reasoning, autonomy, learning, optimization, and human-machine collaboration at industrial scale.ResponsibilitiesDevelop agentic AI systems that assist with:Industrial software usage and workflow automationApplication development and code generationDebugging and root-cause analysisOperational optimization and decision supportBuild AI systems that can interact with engineering tools, automation platforms, digital twins, historians, and operational data sourcesDesign architectures that combine:Large language models (LLMs)Tool-using AI agentsRetrieval and memory systemsReinforcement and adaptive learning approachesMulti-modal reasoning over text, code, logs, alarms, and operational signalsEnable AI systems to learn from real-world interactions, operator feedback, and system outcomesCollaborate with domain experts in automation, controls, robotics, and industrial operations to bring advanced AI capabilities into production environmentsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in Relevant FieldThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Typically requires minimum 5 years relevant experienceGenerative AI / LLMsAgentic AI systemsReinforcement learningMachine learning systems engineeringIndustrial AI or cyber-physical systemsExperience building AI-enabled applications using modern frameworks and toolingSoftware engineering skills in Python and modern AI ecosystemsFamiliarity with orchestration frameworks, tool-use architectures, memory systems, or autonomous AI workflowsWork across disciplines and translate research concepts into deployable systemsCuriosity, creativity, and a desire to build AI systems that interact with the physical worldIndustrial automation, robotics, or control systemsDigital twins and simulation environmentsTime-series analytics and operational optimizationEdge AI deploymentHuman-AI collaboration systemsMulti-agent architecturesVision-language or multimodal modelsWhat We OfferHealth Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision401kPaid Time offParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.To learn more about our benefits package, please visit at www.raquickfind.com.This position is part of a job family.
