Técnico de Processos Jr

Buscamos um profissional para atuar na gestão técnica de processos de pintura automotiva, com foco em qualidade, desempenho de materiais e atendimento ao cliente. Será responsável por garantir a eficiência dos processos produtivos, liderar atividades técnicas no site e atuar como interface direta com o cliente.Principais responsabilidadesAtuar como responsável técnico junto ao cliente, participando de reuniões, auditorias e apresentações de resultadosLiderar atividades de qualidade e melhoria contínua no processo de pinturaMonitorar e controlar parâmetros de processo (viscosidade, pH, camadas, cor e aspecto)Acompanhar o desempenho de materiais em linha (E-coat e Top Coat)Diagnosticar e resolver desvios de processo/produto, com suporte técnico e do laboratórioRealizar análises técnicas e ajustes operacionais para melhoria de performanceEmitir relatórios técnicos e indicadores (KPIs)Atuar na gestão de dados em sistemas (Dashboard, CRM)Conduzir atividades de planejamento de demanda e controle de estoque no clienteGerenciar projetos e iniciativas (ex: SecureLaunch)Realizar treinamentos técnicos e suporte às equipesIdentificar oportunidades de melhoria, upselling e cross-sellingGarantir cumprimento de normas de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e complianceRequisitos Técnico e/ou Superior;Experiência com processos de pintura industrial (eletroforese, primer, base, verniz, etc.)Conhecimento em controle de processos químicos e industriaisVivência com análise de indicadores e melhoria contínuaExperiência com atendimento ao cliente técnicoConhecimento em ferramentas digitais (ERP, CRM, dashboards)Disponibilidade para atuar em Betim/MGCompetências comportamentaisFoco no cliente e construção de relacionamentoLiderança e senso de responsabilidadeComunicação clara e eficazCapacidade analítica e resolução de problemasPlanejamento e organizaçãoTomada de decisão e gestão de prioridadesAdaptabilidade e gestão de complexidadeDiferenciaisExperiência no setor automotivo ou químicoVivência em ambientes industriais com alto nível de exigência técnicaConhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua e Informática. About us: PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™ Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
