We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative – HME to drive new business and expand existing accounts within the Home Medical Equipment (HME) segment. This includes HME providers, resellers, and independent retail pharmacies.In this role, you will sell a broad portfolio of medical supplies and equipment—including incontinence products, DME, enteral feeding solutions, and point-of-care testing—through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales through outbound calls and digital channels to HME customersGenerate new business via cold calling, prospecting, and re-engagement of inactive accountsIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand product utilizationMaintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends and vendor offeringsPrepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and support customers with product-related inquiriesEducate customers on available tools and platforms; analyze purchasing patterns to recommend solutionsInside Sales Compensation:  Base: $28.36hr ($58,988 annual)  Uncapped Sales Incentive: Target $31,000 annual (Paid Monthly)Total Target Cash = $89,988Sales Incentive guaranteed for the first six months as you train and learn your territoryHybrid Role, Training & OnboardingThis role includes a structured 4–6 week training program designed to set new hires up for success.Weeks 1–3: In-office Monday through Thursday, Remote training on FridaysWeeks 4-6: Hybrid schedule with 1–3 days in office per week based on individual progress and performancePost Training: All Inside Sales team members will work Wednesdays in office. May be asked to work in office for other company events, product demonstrations or additional specialized trainingTraining program includes:Systems training (tools, platforms, and workflows)Education on home healthcare customers and the HME product portfolioJob shadowing with experienced team membersMinimum Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experienceSkills & Competencies:2 years sales experience.
