Join Johnson Controls and shape the future of HR excellenceAt Johnson Controls, we’re passionate about creating smart, sustainable environments—and that starts with our people.We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist (0,5 FTE) to join our Benelux HR Operations team.In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR delivery—ensuring seamless processes, supporting employees, and driving continuous improvement across the HR function.What you’ll doHR AdministrationMaintain accurate and confidential employee data within HR systemsManage key lifecycle processes: offers, onboarding, orientation, and offboardingAssign employee classifications in line with applicable collective labour agreements (CAOs)Ensure compliant HR documentation and filing aligned with company policies and Dutch regulationsProcess HR data efficiently and accurately for employees and contingent workersSupport HR Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners with administrative activitiesAssist with HR audits and reporting to government bodies and other stakeholdersEmployee SupportAct as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and authoritiesCoordinate with providers such as pension, healthcare, and benefit partnersOrganize training and development initiatives together with HRBPsSupport expat processes, including relocation, visas, and onboardingEnsure compliance with local labour laws and CAO requirementsProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve efficiencyContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesBring ideas and best practices to elevate our HR service deliveryWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a service delivery environmentFluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with HR systems (Workday is a plus) and database managementSolid knowledge of MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)Why Johnson Controls?Be part of a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildingsWork in a collaborative and high-performing HR teamOpportunity to grow your HR career in an international environmentContribute to meaningful initiatives that impact employees across the regionReady to make an impact?Apply now and become part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and people-first thinking.#LI-SK1
