Ready to see what you’re capable of?About this RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Gordon Brother’s team based in Brisbane. Projects are predominately based in QLD but short duration travel to interstate projects is periodically required.As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will be empowered to ensure flawless delivery in order to meet our customers’ expectations and needs. This will include on time and on budget delivery of our many and varied projects. You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure continued success.You will be looked upon for your organizational skills and technical innovation to help a fast-paced team perform at the highest level. About the role:Liaising directly with clients to define scope, secure projects, etc.Project scoping, tender document preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation and preparation of recommendation reports and presentationsDetailed design and layout workEnsure completed works are carried out in compliance with relative codes and standardsEnsure quality, safety and environment aspects are followedWorking closely with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budgetSupport the project team within your regionBuild and maintain customer relationshipsEnsure continued business growth and successAbout you:Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering  >5 Years of Industrial refrigeration/HVAC or similar industry experienceProject Management/Engineering experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive approach and ability to work both within a team and autonomouslyExcellent presentation skillsProficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.What we offer:This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager/engineer to develop further industry skills and knowledge with the appropriate training from our licensed and professional RPEQ engineers, as well as from external providers.
