Senior Quantity Surveyor What You Will DoAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee quantity surveying and commercial management across projects from contract award to completion. You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, taking responsibility for their commercial performance, and provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams. You’ll coach and develop your team, including apprentices, ensuring successful financial outcomes while mitigating company risk. You’ll manage change processes, identify claims, calculate value entitlements, and ensure contracts are administered correctly.
