You will do energy analysis and calculation of pay-back times to be able to present high value solution to customers and will focus on large decarbonisation projects. How you will do itTarget opportunities within our HVACR sector that translate into profitable growthDevelop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the YORK/SABROE brand across the areaAchieves the target for sales in the assigned areaDeals directly with major customers within the assigned areaDevelops long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers and end-usersUnderstands the customer base needs and works to align them with JCI products and servicesSeeks for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment of the assigned areaPartners with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influencing on specifications (end-users, consulting engineers) and managing pricing (contractors)Keeps up to date with products and competitorsReports sales figuresGrows and updates regularly the pipelineFind new markets/industrail sectors for industrial heatpumps to boost decarbonisation.What we look forPrevious experience within the HVACR industry with a special focus on chillers/heatpumps applicationsStrong experience in energy analysis and pay-back timesSales experience within the chiller/heatpump industrial market and a proven track recordTechnical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experienceHigh level of creation of new accounts and opportunitiesStrong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment.Excellency in verbal and written communication skills.Location: Milan Our benefitsWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
