This job advertisement is addressed to all female and male candidates who meet requirements, without any discrimination based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or ethnic origin, religious belief, disability, and/or any other personal or social condition.What you will do We are seeking a Project Execution Manager for our Controls (BMS) line of business to lead a team of Project Managers and ensure the achievement of assigned operational and financial targets at country level.The role is accountable for driving profitable growth, optimizing execution processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.In addition to people leadership, the role requires hands-on capability in managing complex BMS projects, including full responsibility for budget, planning, resources, and risk management.As part of the BMS team, the Project Execution Manager will also proactively contribute to the Service Conversion of the installed base.How you will do itReview project requirements, workload, and priorities; allocate projects effectively to Project ManagersSupervise and support project execution across the assigned portfolio, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and qualityMonitor project and portfolio performance, including progress, financial results, and outcomesIdentify, assess, and manage project and portfolio risks, including major claims and escalationsDirectly manage one or few projects if/when requiredLead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and foster a positive and collaborative work environmentEnsure team efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and proceduresIdentify opportunities for process improvement and lean execution to enhance efficiency and customer satisfactionManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partnersSupport negotiations, dispute resolution, and claim management under pressureWhat we look for10+ years of Project Management experience(PMP, APM, IPMA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred)5+ years of technical expertise in BMS and/or network protocols and systems2+ years of people management experienceCustomer obsession and proven ability to:Make decisions under pressureNegotiate complex claimsSolve operational and commercial issues effectivelyStrong leadership mindset with the ability to build and maintain a positive work environmentFluent English (spoken and written); Italian proficiency is an advantageEngineering degree requiredWillingness to travel up to 60%, mainly within ItalyOur benefitsWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility. Joining us you will become part of a leading global multi-industrial corporation defined by its stimulating work environment and job satisfaction. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
