Coordinate shipping, expediting, and resolving project related issues. How you will do itProvide support to a team of project managers and engineers.Liaison and negotiation with both suppliers and customersInternal liaison with Design and Production departments, to collate accurate & timely information.Attending meetings with project managers to discuss progress.Requisitioning and expediting project specific materials and resolving supplier’s invoicing issues.Generating all necessary documentation for the Production departmentGenerating all necessary documentation for sub-contractors who deal with packaging & collection.Maintenance of accurate computer records and contract filesHandling administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.Supporting project execution withing budget and established deadlinesCoordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.Managing documentation returned, VDRs and creating weekly documentation resorts.What we look forAbility to prioritise work & work independently.Enthusiasm & confidence in dealing with customers & suppliers.Experience of collating informationGood computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word & Excel applications.Ability to work in fast paced environment.The ability to trust their intuition with minimal supervision.The ability to work well in a group setting.Due to the nature of this position, we are only able to consider applicants who currently have the unrestricted legal right to live and work in the UK.
