We empower our people to think boldly, act with integrity, and continuously raise the bar, while supporting each other to achieve shared goals.Your Role: Microsoft Cyber Security Vendor Business Manager (EMEA)As the Microsoft Cyber Security Vendor Business Manager, you will lead and evolve Ingram Micro’s EMEA cyber security practice focused on Microsoft. You will shape strategy, accelerate growth, and enable teams and partners across the region to deliver impactful, scalable cyber security solutions.What You’ll DoLead and develop Ingram Micro’s EMEA Microsoft Cyber Security practice and strategyDrive execution of joint Ingram Micro–Microsoft initiatives across EMEA marketsEnable country teams to deliver strong go-to-market plans, pipeline growth, and customer acquisitionAct as the central liaison between Microsoft EMEA and Ingram Micro stakeholdersDesign and scale cyber security programs for consistent adoption across countriesEnable partners and internal teams to build cyber capability and articulate value propositionsLead executive engagement, including QBRs, governance, and strategic reviewsManage and grow a portfolio of complementary cyber security vendors aligned to MicrosoftWhat You Bring to the RoleProven experience in vendor/business management, ideally within IT distribution or cyber securityStrong knowledge of Microsoft security solutions and the wider cyber security ecosystemExperience working across EMEA or in multi-country environmentsDemonstrated ability to drive growth, execute strategy, and influence senior stakeholdersExperience in partner enablement, GTM strategy, and ecosystem developmentStrong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagementAbility to manage complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive executionGrowth mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhy Join Ingram MicroAt Ingram Micro, your career is more than a job—it’s a journey of growth and impact.
