You will work with modern vehicle technologies, particularly advanced body and chassis electronic systems, including ADAS, ABS, Body Control, SRS, EPS. Other key responsibilities include:Interpreting and executing repair procedures to successful outcomesPerforming precise remote diagnostic tasks with high accuracyDocumenting all work comprehensively and clearlyMaintaining company equipment and workspace to high standardsContributing to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvementCommunicating confidently with stakeholders at all levelsMaintaining a strong focus on customer satisfactionWorking effectively both independently and within a teamIs this you?In this role, the quality of workmanship and accuracy is paramount, due to the nature of the potentially lifesaving systems being repaired and calibrated correctly. A sound understanding of vehicle diagnostic platforms and software is essential along with strong diagnostic skills and high levels of competency in the use of multiple diagnostic platforms and software.Qualifications and Education RequirementsFully qualified Automotive TechnicianMinimum 5+ years’ hands-on automotive repair experienceAt least 2+ years as a Diagnostic or Master TechnicianCurrent, clean, full driver’s licence (manual and automatic)Preferred SkillsOEM training and dealer-level experience highly regardedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of computer literacyAbility to interpret wiring diagrams and technical dataClear and accurate report writing skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findingsThis role is ideal for technicians who are passionate about diagnostics, value precision, and thrive in a remote support environment where accuracy and customer satisfaction are critical.
