If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleWorkplace Accommodation ProfessionalAbout your role:At Fiserv, a successful Workplace Accommodation Professional plays a key role in ensuring our associates have the support and accommodations required to thrive in their roles. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to manage workplace accommodation requests for our US-based associates. This role requires high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of ADA compliance. You will embody our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.​What you’ll do:Decision accommodation requests across, ensuring compliance with the ADA.Collaborate with Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, and other relevant departments to implement accommodations.Manage the documentation and tracking of accommodation requests and solutions.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding accommodation processes and procedures.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and personal information.Conduct follow-ups to ensure that accommodations are effectively meeting the needs of employees.Develop and deliver training sessions on ADA accommodation policies and procedures.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you’ll need to have:4 years of experience in HR, occupational health, or related field.4 years of experience managing accommodation requests and processes.4 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration involving HR, Legal, and other departments.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.What would be great to have:Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.Experience in a corporate or large organizational setting.Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.Knowledge of assistive technologies and resources.How you’ll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
