Exercises confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision; serves in non-exempt capacity. ResponsibilitiesUses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etcMay prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiriesReceives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mailMaintains files, records, calendars and diariesTypically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expensesRequires event planning for learning and development courses that require coordination with senior staff/vendorsBasic/Required QualificationsBachelors degree AND two (2) years related work experienceIn lieu of degree and years experience listed above, High school/GED AND four (4) years related work experienceAdditional Preferred QualificationsProficient in all Microsoft office products- specifically One Note, Excel, Power PointProficient in Teams and SharePointComfortable with leveraging AI technology to enhance workWorking ConditionsHybrid Mobility Classification – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
