Reporting to the Plant Leadership Team, you will lead digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment by developing strategies, driving engagement, and ensuring successful implementation of connected shop floor technologies. In our Council Bluffs facility, local productions of Marie Callendar, Birds Eye and Healthy Choice brands, you will serve as a subject matter expert across digital platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that improve safety, quality, cost, and customer service outcomes.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesServe as subject matter expert for shop floor digital applications and connected worker platformsLead digital transformation efforts by developing and executing plant-level strategies and engagement plansProvide daily direction and solutions for digital tools, processes, and ways of working using internal and external resourcesSupport evolving plant business design by identifying and delivering required data solutionsLead high-involvement teams to identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement opportunitiesEnsure plant participation and alignment in designing, developing, benchmarking, and implementing digital solutionsDrive adoption and sustained use of digital tools by leveraging training applications and communication platformsLead plant super user networks and ensure participation in Center of Excellence and super user forumsEvaluate effectiveness of current applications and develop strategies to improve or expand their useCoach and mentor teams on business agility frameworks and support advancement through digital transformation phasesPartner with production support teams on system access, application development, and continuous improvement initiativesPromote rapid and effective issue resolution across digital platforms and operationsDrive adoption of digital analytics tools and identify new opportunities for advanced analyticsDevelop and maintain performance monitoring tools and digital applicationsTranslate day-to-day business needs into automated solutions that improve efficiency and effectivenessIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred4+ years of related experience, including supervisory experienceExperience with connected worker or shop floor digital platformsProficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and related platformsProven success driving digital adoption and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments preferredExperience in focused improvement or industrial engineering initiativesStrong collaboration, leadership, and change management skillsRelocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.Physical RequirementsMore information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities.
