Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will complete financial, operational, and compliance reviews across the organization while performing complex and interpretive financial analyses. You will evaluate risk, strengthen internal controls, and partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and ensure alignment with company standards.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate strong competencies in general controls, project management, relationship building, and all aspects of engagement deliveryDevelop and mentor associate team membersIdentify process risks and recommend appropriate controlsAdvise business partners on security and controls standardsTranslate audit findings into clear business risks and impactsIdentify organizational risk and provide recommendations to mitigate exposurePrepare and deliver clear and concise communications for middle and senior management audiencesReview and deliver high-quality work to ensure department and professional standards are metPrepare and edit audit reports, including observations, recommendations, and management action plansUtilize data analytics to support audit planning and project scopingBuild and maintain effective relationships with team members and cross-functional partnersIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of internal or external audit experienceStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex areas and ask insightful questionsExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office productsStrong analytical, project management, interpersonal, change management, and communication skillsNumber of Days in Office: 3#LI-Hybrid#LI-GS1#LI-AssociateCompensation Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
