In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales to turn regional insights into campaigns that generate demand and build pipeline.You’ll be responsible for setting the strategy, planning, and execution of regional programmes, working closely with product marketing and sales teams to prioritise the opportunities that matter most.This is an opportunity to shape and scale demand programmes that connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.Job Responsibilities:Lead demand generation programmes across EMEA to build awareness, engage target accounts, and contribute to sales pipelinePlan and deliver targeted marketing initiatives, including events (in-person and virtual), webinars, nurture campaigns, digital advertising, and social mediaDevelop approaches to engage a range of audiences, from end users to senior decision-makersSupport lead engagement through relevant content, events, and multi-channel campaignsMonitor how leads are managed and followed up across the region, ensuring effective collaboration with sales teamsManage the regional marketing budget and prioritise investment based on impactMeasure, analyse, and report on programme performance, using insights to continuously improve resultsTranslate regional insights and sales priorities into marketing programmes that drive measurable pipelineJob Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications, including delivering in-person and virtual eventsExperience leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiativesExperience working closely with sales teams to generate pipeline or revenue impactStrong analytical skills, with the ability to measure performance and optimise programmesExperience managing or contributing to a marketing budgetAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on executionExperience building or scaling programmes, including working in ambiguous or evolving environmentsConsistent delivery of high-quality work with a focus on measurable outcomesAdditional Skills/Preferences:                      Experience marketing to technical and/or executive audiences in a B2B environmentFamiliarity with marketing analytics and lead management toolsWhat Success Looks Like:A healthy, growing sales pipeline driven by regional demand programs.Strong, productive partnerships with sales and product marketing teams.Clear, data-backed reporting that ties marketing activity to business outcomes.Travel: This role is based within the EMEA region. Travel may be required (up to approximately 35%) to support regional events, team collaboration, and key initiatives.
