Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure the accurate flow of materials, maintain inventory integrity, and support production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Materials & Inventory ManagementAllocate materials to work orders within the ERP system (JDE or similar)Manage material replenishment using Kanban systemsOrder materials through internal systems and databasesPerform cycle counts and support annual physical inventoryMonitor and resolve inventory discrepancies, including negative inventoryOperations & ReportingTrack daily production efficiency and performance metricsPerform work order reconciliation to ensure accuracyMaintain accurate records for inventory and production transactions (SAP/MES/JDE)Provide updates and reporting to team leadershipProcess Improvement & CoordinationIdentify and escalate inventory or operational issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available and processes run smoothlyEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s degree preferred3–5 years of manufacturing experience in materials, inventory, or production supportTechnical SkillsExperience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AccessUnderstanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and work order processesCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to communicate effectively across teamsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, bend, and move throughout the workdayAbility to lift up to 30 lbs occasionallyExposure to typical manufacturing conditions, including moderate noise and odorsPossible exposure to manufacturing materials with appropriate safety precautions#earlycareerWhy Join Us?To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
