Role Specific InformationJob DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Designer, you will oversee the design of multiple categories or a large brand, crafting an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to the target customer.What You’ll DoBuild, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packagesEnsure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and Design Director in the conceptual development of the brandProvide direction for color and art development to artistsPresent designs in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product directionPartner with Trend and Design Team to prioritize trends for areas of responsibility and share creative ideasResearch the domestic market to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques, etc. and complete pre-packagesMeet with vendors for sourcing of fabric and trim and review seasonal concept directionEnsure product consistency with market trends and business strategyAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and CAD or similar programsPreferredBachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field5-7 years of design experiencePrevious retail experienceThis role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.
