Role Specific InformationJob DescriptionThis role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleAs Marketing Operations Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of scalable frameworks, systems and governance models for workflow design, tool implementation and enterprise initiatives that allow our retail marketing engine to run with precision and agility.What You’ll DoOwn and drive a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives tied to enterprise goalsLead project intake, scoping and defining key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success criteriaArchitect future-state workflows, defining new roles, governance structures and operational standardsDeeply understand the marketing organization’s capacity, capabilities and interdependencies to provide data-driven recommendations and informed decision-makingPartner with business units to ensure plans are contextually aligned with the business, customer and broader industry trendsInfluence and align key cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and prioritizationProactively identify, manage, and escalate risks; communicate consolidated status updates to senior management regularlyLead change management and enablement of the transformation, crafting the plan for change, leading training and development and coaching stakeholders through the friction of adopting new tools and methodologiesMaintain agility to pivot and take on additional strategic tasks as necessary to support the evolving needs of the businessAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredBachelor’s degree5+ years related experience in strategy, operations or related role/responsibilityPreferredExperience in retail, corporate strategy or marketing operationsEssential FunctionsThe requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
