JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Summary:The (Sr.) SFE Manager is responsible for driving sales force effectiveness across the Greater China business. This role acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial teams by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing execution excellence.Major Responsibilities:Strategic Business PartneringAct as a trusted partner to sales and commercial leadership to drive business performance and execution excellenceTranslate business strategies into actionable SFE frameworks and initiativesDeliver proactive, data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous performance improvementSales Force Effectiveness and Operational ExcellenceDrive continuous improvement of core SFE pillars, including target setting, incentive design, and territory alignmentOptimize sales processes, reporting frameworks, and overall operational efficiencySupport the deployment and enhancement of digital tools (e.g., CRM, MDM and BI platforms) to improve sales productivitySales Performance & AnalyticsLead the design and delivery of sales performance tracking tools (e.g., KPIs, dashboards)Conduct in-depth analysis on sales performance, channel dynamics, and product trends to identify risks and opportunities and convert insights into actionable plansStreamline reporting structures to improve clarity, efficiency, and business relevanceRequirements:Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field10+ years of experience in SFE, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business AnalyticsPrior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferredExposure to Greater China markets is highly preferredSkills & Competencies Solid experience in sales performance management, including target setting, incentive design, and process optimizationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadersAdvanced proficiency in data management, quantitative analysis, and technical tools (CRM, BI, MS applications). Continuously seeks new analytical approaches, tools, and market insights to enhance decision quality and personal expertise.Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus     The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.     JOB FAMILY:Sales Support & Administration     DIVISION:ADC Diabetes Care        LOCATION:China > Shanghai : 388 W.
