You will have access to:• Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.• A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.• A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.In Abbott’s Vascular division, we are advancing innovative solutions that improve outcomes for patients with cardiovascular disease, partnering with healthcare professionals to deliver cutting-edge therapies across diverse markets.The OpportunityThe Marketing Manager, based in Diegem, looking after the EECRI region, will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for our Vascular portfolio, driving growth, successful product launches, and strong customer engagement across distributor-led markets.What You’ll Work OnStrategic Leadership & PlanningDefine and drive regional strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives aligned with global prioritiesAdapt strategies to meet diverse market and customer needsIdentify clinical trends and opportunities through market and competitor analysisProduct Management & Launch ExcellenceLead end-to-end product launches including positioning, pricing, and performance trackingDevelop clear and compelling value propositionsCreate impactful marketing tools to support sales and market growthCustomer Engagement & Therapy DevelopmentBuild strong partnerships with KOLs, distributors, and healthcare professionalsSupport education initiatives including advisory boards and training programsIdentify and address clinical gaps in target accountsExecution Excellence & Field SupportPartner with distributors to align strategy, messaging, and executionSupport campaigns, training, and regional events (roadshows, symposia, workshops)Provide clinical and technical support to internal and external stakeholdersAnalytics & Commercial EffectivenessLeverage tools such as Power BI and OneForce to enhance decision-makingPromote data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and market shareCross-functional Collaboration & ComplianceWork closely with regional, global, and country teams to ensure seamless executionEnsure adherence to compliance standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a medical-related fieldAt least 5 years in a senior marketing role , ideally within the Cardio/ Vascular Medical devices areasStrong product and market knowledge; imaging/physiology experience is advantageousExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability in project coordination and cross-functional collaborationStrong analytical mindset with experience using commercial analytics toolsSales acumen, negotiation skills, and customer-focused approachProficient in MS Office; fluent in EnglishWillingness to travel across the region The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
