Territory Manager TMTI - Finland & Baltics

JOB DESCRIPTION:We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Structural Heart team, focusing on Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI) across Finland and the Baltics.In this role, you will partner closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support the adoption of innovative, minimally invasive therapies that improve patient outcomes. Combining commercial ownership with strong clinical engagement, you will play a key role in building trusted relationships and providing clinical case support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholdersSupport therapy adoption through education, collaboration, and customer engagementProvide clinical and technical case support during procedures and follow-upsDevelop and execute territory plans to drive sustainable growthIdentify opportunities to expand access to TMTI therapiesContribute to forecasting, tenders, and effective stock managementEnsure full compliance with company standards and policiesWhat You BringRelevant background in healthcare, clinical, scientific, or business fieldExperience in cardiology or structural heart is a strong advantageStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCommercial mindset with a collaborative approachSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyFluent in local language and in EnglishWillingness to travel on regular basis across Finland and the BalticsWorking at AbbottAt Abbott, you can do work that matters, grow and learn, care for yourself and your family, be your true self, and live a full life.
