You will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to provide insights, strengthen reporting, and help drive planning discipline across the organization.This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with hands-on reporting expertise, including the ability to build Power BI dashboards from scratch and turn complex data into clear business insights.In this role, you will:Support weekly and monthly business performance reviews, financial reporting, and management analysisPrepare timely and accurate analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processesMonitor and analyse spending across Field Sales, Marketing, and AdMerch to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPartner with local business teams on financial reviews and approval processes related to rebates, MDF, and PDRsAnalyse key commercial and financial metrics including A/R, DSO, portfolio mix, price changes, and performance trendsDesign and develop Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch to improve visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision supportWork closely with country Business Finance leaders and Global FP&A teams to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilitiesSupport ad hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across the businessWhat You Will BringTo succeed in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in finance, advanced analytical capability, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across functions and countries. You should be comfortable working with data, identifying insights, and presenting analysis that supports practical business decisions.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to startFive (5) years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, or related finance rolesPreferred QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable financial insightsProven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards from scratchAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsSolid knowledge of finance and accounting principlesExperience in a Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A roleProficiency in reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI, Webi, and SQLExperience with Longview is an advantageStrong planning, organization, and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic regional environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across markets in Asia, including TaiwanWork Location3M Thailand Headquarters Office, onsiteLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
