What success looks like in this role: High-Level Description: Position will be for Image Engineer, Windows 10 and 11 - Image build and operating System deployment methodologies. Hands on experience on creation & update / Refresh gold images along with hardware evaluation / integration is required. Develop / update Task sequence and knowledge on various deployment methods. Proficient knowledge on software / patch deployments required.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Delivering Image Management services which includes creating customized windows images from source, Windows 10/11, tier 3 incident managementTest of software packages created for distribution via SCCM/Intune/co-pilotCreation, further development and maintenance of SCCM task sequences for OS deploymentEvaluation of new Windows 10/Win11 GPO'sRepresent the Image Management services for the specific account and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer, internal operations and service delivery teamsCoordinate critical customer issues as well as new release and change implementations.Update and maintain operations manual and contractual reportsIdentify areas of improvement in the account, propose and oversee implementation of CSIP’sApprove implementation of technical documentationsDeveloping and testing Windows client Operating system master images (Windows Windows 10/11.) from the source as per customer requirements using tools such as MDT, SCCM, Windows ADK /Intune, when working as an individual contributor for small to medium sized accountsTest and integrate device driver for new hardware models if working as an individual contributor for small to medium sized accounts.Interact with TSDL's/CDE's/SDM’s and clients as required to gather end to end requirements of the build, document them and get signed off.Conduct peer review / Quality assurance for builds or changes being carried out by peers.Necessary skills:Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release managementAbility and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM and Client ExecutivesAbility to work in a team environmentAble to adapt to a changing technical environmentAbility to coach other members of team in their area of expertiseAbility to communicate clearly with all team members and end-usersAbility to work with a sense of urgencyCustomer facing presentation and consulting skillsCertifications:ITIL Foundation (optional),Certification on Configuration Manager (Optional in case of Good knowledge)#LI-UG1You will be successful in this role if you have:BA/BS degree and 3-5 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceUnisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.Local employment practices and rights may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable local laws.
