As a Product Management Senior Advisor you will play a key role in redesigning processes, advancing data-driven decision-making, and enabling automation and AI-driven capabilities across a modern technology ecosystem.This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, requiring a strong product mindset to translate complex problems into scalable, high-value solutions.What You’ll Do:Drive Transformation & Process Design:Lead end-to-end business analysis across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and SalesProduct management with ongoing support to the enterpriseRedesign workflows by identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunitiesDevelop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to strategic goalsDeliver Data-Driven Insights:Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunitiesBuild data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks to inform decision-makingEnsure data quality and integrity across systemsEnable Technology & AI Solutions:Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutionsSupport the design of automation, AI-enabled use cases, and decision-support toolsContribute to testing efforts including UAT, validation, and defect resolutionCollaborate & Influence:Act as a key liaison between business and technical teamsFacilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomesCommunicate progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholdersWhat You Bring:Experience:8+ years in product manager, business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large organizationsExperience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, or automationStrong background in financial workflows and cross-functional collaborationExperience working with global teams or enterprise-scale transformationsExposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics initiativesExperience in enterprise transformation and financial workflowsSkills:Expertise in process mapping, requirements development, and workflow designStrong analytical skills with experience working with large datasetsProficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI toolsAbility to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutionsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,800 - 188,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
