Documents care provided and communicates with referral sources and other treating providers as needed.Key Position Details:Job Description:Principle ResponsibilitiesProvides patient care. Develops, implements and evaluates the patient plan of care based on individual needs including age specific and learning style needs. Documents patient information and outcome specific care provided. Educates patient and families as needed regarding treatment and follow through. Facilitates collaborative relationships. Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Participates on quality improvement initiatives, research projects or other initiatives as needed. Promotes the goals and vision of Acupuncture as requested. Other duties as assigned. Job RequirementsMaster's degree or Doctorate in Acupuncture or Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine required 2 to 5 years in acupuncture required 0 to 2 years in a hospital or medical clinic based environment preferred BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource Minnesota Acupuncture License upon hire required National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine upon hire required Physical Demands Light Work: Lifting weight Up to 20 lbs. occasionally, Up to 10 lbs. frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $48.29 to $66.81 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
