City/StateRichmond, VAWork ShiftFirst (Days)Overview:Sentara Community Care Clinic is hiring a Program Manager for a rewarding opportunity to give back to the community by supporting meaningful health initiatives and improving access to care!Job SummaryPlan, develop, implement, and manage assigned outreach programs for Sentara. Collaborate with community stakeholders to increase access to services, raise awareness of outreach initiatives, and provide comprehensive support to individuals and families. Coordinate outreach activities, special projects, and community partnerships that promote health, wellness, and nutritional support needs. Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies, donors, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure access to resources for identified populations. Collect and report program data and metrics. Serve as an advocate and educator while connecting community members to available resources and support services. Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outreach programs.
