Find your next opportunity today!Description of WorkProvide academic instruction for students who are deaf and hard of hearing in their primary mode of communication within a residential education settingKnowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesWork with school CTE staff to conduct a local needs assessment to determine what improvements are necessary and the strengths of the CTE programPlan instructional activitiesPrepare IEP’sSubmit an application and budget for annual CTE fundsWork with school CTE staff and Business Office to ensure CTE funds are spent appropriatelyWork with Business Office to ensure all eligible reimbursements are entered into ERaCa by the deadlinesWork with school CTE staff to ensure CTE policies are implementedProvide leadership regarding CTE pathways, NCCTE admin, local course options, and CTE grantsMinimum Education and ExperienceSome state job postings say you can qualify by an “equivalent combination of education and experience.” If that language appears below, then you may qualify through EITHER years of education OR years of directly related experience, OR a combination of both.
