Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today!  As a Hunter Recruitment Coordinator (Learning and Development Specialist 2) in Salem Oregon, you will work with Education staff, agency partners, local sporting groups, and volunteers to deliver statewide programs, with a focus on Oregon’s major population centers.This role develops and implements shooting sports, hunting, archery, and bowhunting programs. It demands sound judgment, problem‑solving abilities, and clear guidance to the public. Interactions directly influence public and partner perceptions of agency programs. The Coordinator must work effectively with individuals of diverse skill levels and backgrounds, treating all customers, volunteers, stakeholders, and coworkers with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
