You will help public officials who reach out to OGEC for assistance and help them navigate various systems and support OGEC’s lobbyists, clients, and public officials with their filing needs. See complete position description here.SALARY:$3,796-$5,189/ per month Non-PERS Rate $4,049-$5,548/ per month PERS RateWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Your application must demonstrate education and/or experience in the following:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTwo years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; ORAn associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills and experience should demonstrate the ability to:use file management systems, secure file-sharing platforms (e.g., FileCloud), Adobe Pro and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to streamline and automate tasks, communicate, maintain confidentiality.
