AI Proficiency at Sword Health AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword Health. Every candidate is assessed against our three-level framework — be ready to share real examples of how AI is already part of how you work. Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role. Own end-to-end responsibility for one of our main metrics, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution; Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad (data, design, engineering, clinical) to rapidly ideate, build, and iterate on solutions; Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on to reinvent how members access care; Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions, balancing speed of iteration with quality and impact; Champion a holistic, member-first perspective, ensuring cohesive experiences across programs; Shipfast, experiment constantly, and learn quickly, proving impact every step of the way; Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners; Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience, of which 3+ in product management of consumer facing digital products, ideally in a B2C space, with a proven track record of shipping stellar products that drive business growth. Management experience: 2+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Sword directly manage Engineering, Design and Data) Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users (we don’t expect you to code). Bias for action: Thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions fast, and validates assumptions early. Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.  Outcome orientation: Relentless focus on metrics and results, with fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention; User-first mindset: Ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences. AI fluency: Practical understanding of how AI tools (not just chatGPT conversations) can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery. Data fluency: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in making data-informed, hypothesis-driven decisions.
