Design and execute high-impact campus recruitment strategies Plan and execute on-campus, off-campus, and virtual events at target universities Use compelling storytelling to differentiate Veeva and the Generation Veeva brand to students and faculty Build and nurture deep, long-term partnerships with target universities, student organizations, and early-ID talent pipelines Use recruitment data to make informed strategy recommendations and pivot your tactics Lead “keep-warm” and engagement strategies from offer acceptance to start date, fostering a connected community before new hires start Be a thought partner to the business and provide expertise on recruitment activity and the market What you don’t have to do: review 1000s of resumes, initial screens, give offers High energy and a proactive drive to find and attract top-tier new grad talent in a competitive, high-volume landscape Exceptional storytelling and relationship building skills; ability to command a room and influence both students and senior business leaders Data-aware and comfortable using metrics to track progress, optimize recruitment channels, and inform strategy Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with intensity in a high-growth environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on parallel workstreams Team player willing to lean in and help your peers in the program team to meet our goals Located within commuting distance to the location of this role Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time Candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
