Together, they share a bold vision: to enable Artificial Super Intelligence and ensure its benefits are accessible to everyone.        Graphcore’s teams are drawn from diverse backgrounds and bring a broad range of skills and perspectives. A melting pot of AI research specialists, silicon designers, software engineers and systems architects, Graphcore enjoys a culture of continuous learning and constant innovation.       Job Summary   Our Talent Team follows the entire employee journey, from attraction, hiring and onboarding to their journey as an employee, how they learn, develop and progress.   As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in the continued growth of Graphcore and achievement of our long-term vision & goals – to build the future of AI compute. As well as sourcing and hiring the best people to support our goals, you’ll work on continuous improvement projects across the talent space.  Responsibilities  Hiring & Delivery  Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical roles, from initial brief through to offer   Proactively source and engage high-quality technical talent   Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define clear hiring strategies and role requirements   Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a timely and well-managed experience   Drive a structured and consistent interview process   Manage offers, contracts and hiring logistics in line with internal processes       Stakeholder Partnership  Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on market insights, hiring approach and decision-making   Build strong working relationships across the business to support hiring outcomes   Coach and support hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practice     Data, Process & Continuous Improvement  Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the ATS (Greenhouse)   Use data and insights to track performance and improve hiring outcomes   Contribute to improvements across hiring processes, tools and ways of working   Support wider Talent Team projects and activities globally such as employer branding, diversity, and candidate experience    Employer Brand & Market Engagement  Partner with Marketing to ensure our employer brand is represented clearly and consistently in the market   Contribute to external talent attraction activities where relevant      Candidate Profile   You’ll have demonstrable experience gained from performing similar roles within the technology sector. This will include a thorough understanding of recruiting highly technical, niche roles. It goes without saying that you’ll have direct sourcing skills as well as high levels of credibility to build influential relationships internally.  As well as the above, you’ll also bring the following skills and experience:  Experience recruiting for technical roles (ideally silicon and/or software engineering)   Strong direct sourcing capabilities and ability to engage passive candidates  Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, drafting documentation including contracts, offer letters etc.    Ability to create and implement hiring strategies across a range of roles   A high level of accuracy, ensuring trackers and ATS (Greenhouse) are kept up to date  Knowledge and experience of taking a consultative approach to supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process  Analytical and able to interpret recruitment data, use market insights and expertise to support hiring decisions  Experience of project delivery across diversity, process improvement, employer branding etc.       Skills & approach    Clear, structured and organised in how you manage your work   Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through  Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload  Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable communicating at all levels  Collaborative, with a focus on delivering a high quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams
