Additionally, Service Orchestration are responsible for support complex pre-sales activities across Requirements, Technologies, Contract Terms and Conditions and Service LevelsJob DescriptionThe Service Architect is responsible for the design and development of the Servcie Design across the entire product portfolio, facilitating the effective implementation and ongoing operations and maintenance of complex technical solutions. The Service Architect will lead the design activities, collaborating with Product, Supply Chain, I.T., Offer Management and 3rd Party Suppliers, providing expertise across the service architecture to ensure optimal service delivery.Basic RequirementsService Design authority across end-to-end solutions, inclusive of 3rd party operational engagement models and SLA reportingAdvise teams and 3rd parties of services standards, methodologies and processesDrive service design governance across complex solutionsDevelop and maintain end-to-end process and policies, operational interfaces, workflow modelsOwn the engagement with Managed Services OSS functions, ensuring adherence to standardised configurations and frameworksCreate and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagramsLead design workshops with 3rd party suppliers, documenting and testing operational interfaces and working practices in order to meet contract obligationsCreate and own Service Design Packages that can be effectively implemented and transferred to operationsAssess customer requirements, ensuring service design complianceEvaluate customer contracts, identifying risks and financial exposure and provide mitigation strategies either through service design augmentation, or contract amendmentsIdentify non-standard OSS requirements and engage relevant functions/teams to prioritise implementationDefine organisational requirements, both local and centralised, to enable the delivery of services in accordance with contract obligations Attend senior management-level meetings to obtain business requirements, offer solutions, and impress best-practice capabilities.Establish regular communications with team and stakeholders, develop and present professional materials.Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanNoCompanyMotorola Solutions UK LimitedEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
