Financial management of the territory, including factors such as cost, profitability, pricing and managing of the sales operating budgetImplementing best practices that translate into improved customer service.Providing employee development, flawless service to our customers, and maintaining exceptional customer relationsResponsible for determining the territory potential for existing customers, competitor accounts and new business in the Lower Mainland. Setting territory and individual goals for overall sales, product line sales and account profitabilityParticipating in food shows, sales meetings and sales promotionsDoes this sound like you?Possess 5+ years of senior experience in food-related sales and customer service.Proven leadership skills, with a strong focus on coaching and development Have demonstrated an attitude that contributes to employee engagement and a positive cultureStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeStrong analytical skills and presentation skillsWe thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for the next stage will be contacted.
